For now, we have postponed the smoking ban for one week until on July 9, when the judge will come with the verdict.
The verdict has to decide on an exception for small bar owners or, if this is not granted, a delay in the introduction of the ban for half a year. 500 small bar owners now openly refuse to follow the smoking ban. These 500 owners also support our fight with their money: they donate € 250 each.
